-higher education;

-confident knowledge of Ukrainian Labour Legislation and other legislative acts;
-HR administration experience;

RECRUITER FOR LEASING POSITIONS
-age: from 21 to 27 years old;
-higher education (preferably, psychological);
-work experience in recruiting- at leat 1 year;
-high command of English language, both oral and written form;
-knowledge of personnel search procedures;
-knowledge of basic assessment methods of personal and professional features;
-organized, communicative, able to learn quickly.
Main responsibilities:
-managing work with clients;
-personnel search;
-conducting interviews, compiling comments on candidates,organization of the following selection stages.
